That’s why we’ve worked hard on this latest update to our Frazer funeral home website admin panel. Many funeral directors have expressed their interest in this update. We’ve heard your request and are excited to roll out this update!

Now, in a few simple steps, your staff can print the names and addresses of people who bought funeral flowers so families can easily send them thank-you cards.

Where to Find This Feature

In your website’s admin panel, click on the Tribute Store tab and then the Order Reports subheading.

Here, you’ll see a list of the deceased’s names and death dates.

How it Works

Once you’ve found the name of the person you want the flower order information for, you can click View or Print in the Actions column.

The View option lets you view all the flower order information. While the Print option shows you a print preview of all this information, and then you can print the names and addresses for families to use to send thank-you cards. Just a couple of clicks and you’re done!

How it Benefits Your Client Families

This feature helps lessen the burden on grieving families. They don’t have to worry about keeping track of who sent what funeral flowers or take on the time-consuming task of finding addresses.
