For the second year in a row, Madison Magazine of Madison, Wisconsin named Frazer Consultants one of the Best Places to Work in Madison, and fifth place for Madison small businesses!

How They Pick the Winners

Every year, there is a 60-question survey completed by employees to decide which local businesses are the Best Places to Work in Madison. This survey is run by Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska, which has 46 other Best Place to Work programs across the United States.

The survey examines businesses in these six engagement categories:

• Communication and resources
• Individual needs
• Manager effectiveness
• Personal engagement
• Team dynamics
• Trust in leadership

Quantum Workplace also rates each company on a 100-point scale based on the employee survey responses. Frazer Consultants earned a 95.67 on this scale for this year’s survey.

Frazer Consultants’ employees praised the company for having open communication and trusting relationships. Additionally, they said the trusting relationships they’ve created make the Frazer team a family.
