Recently, Gaylord Funeral Home received praise from a local family in their community. They said, “Funeral director Joe Messenger, as well as Rachel Smith and staff, take the fear out of “Funeral” with their caring ways. They show the utmost love and respect for the family and visitors. They treat you like their own family. Even after services have long ended, they will check up on families to see if they’re okay. Can’t beat that!”

Emotional Support Dog Comforts Families

Bucktrout of Williamsburg Funeral Home recently added an emotional support dog to their team. His name is Benjamin Doodle Bucktrout, and he is ready to help families during their time of grieving.
