Out with the Old — May 2020’s New Frazer Funeral Home Websites

At Frazer Consultants, we create websites that funeral homes are proud of. Since we have the best clients out there, every month we want to highlight some of our clients’ funeral home websites and upgrades of our current clients’ funeral home websites. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we postponed this blog series, but we’re bringing it back this month. Check out some of our clients’ new funeral home websites and upgrades for the month of May!

New Clients: 

Mountain Oak Cremation Services 

Mountain Oak Cremation Services provides state-wide direct cremation and immediate burial service in Connecticut. The family-owned funeral home in Stamford has been serving its communities since 1926. 

They chose the Julio website design that lets them showcase an important message on the left side of the homepage. As families scroll, their message about cremation packages stays on the left side of the page. 

The Nebraska Cremation Society 

The Nebraska Cremation Society funeral home in Wahoo has been operating since 1907. With their years of experience in the funeral profession, families know that they’re dedicated to providing excellent service. 

With their online planner, families can conveniently begin the funeral planning process directly on the funeral home’s website. This way, it saves everyone time and helps families understand their options. 

Platt’s Funeral Home 

Platt’s Funeral Home with locations in Augusta and Evans Georgia has been family owned and operated since 1837. With their nearly 200-year history, they’re committed to serving their community. 

Families know right away their funeral home has a long history of serving their community with the hero images on their homepage. They’re proud to be Georgia’s first funeral home and show families their experience and dedication to creating meaningful funeral experiences. 

Yates Funeral Home and Cremation 

With multiple locations in Idaho, Yates Funeral Home and Cremation is honored the serve their communities. They pride themselves in being family owned and “small enough to care and large enough to serve.” 

Their online payment center gives families alternative funeral payment options, such as credit card processing and financing. 

Harrington Family Funeral Services 

Established in 1963, Harrington Family Funeral Services in Waycross, Georgia is honored to be a part of their community’s rich history, and they look forward to many more years to come.

Families can truly get a sense of who they are with their staff photos and history section. The hero image on their homepage features a beautiful staff photo that conveniently links to their About Us page. 

Upgrades: 

Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home 

Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home in Aberdeen, South Dakota takes pride in making their facility feel like a second home to their families. Their goal is to make it “a true place for peace, comfort, and warmth.” 

Their Christmas tab informs families about their annual holiday remembrance program and lets them order stunning holiday remembrance ornaments. 

Shields Funeral Chapel 

Since Shields Funeral Chapel in Oglesby, Illinois was founded in 1938, they’re proud to serve their community with compassion and care. Today, Don and Jill Shields continue to serve their community as the funeral home’s third generation. 

They go above and beyond with their Resources tab for families filled with helpful information, such as funeral etiquette tips, grief support tools, and information about local florists and churches. 

Gower Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. 

Gower Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. in Gilbert, Pennsylvania is dedicated to providing their families with the support, compassion, and information they need. 

Families can find out everything they need to know about their service offerings with their detailed Services tab. It goes over what to do after a death, their service options, and more. 

Boman Funeral Home 

Boman Funeral Home in Webster City, Iowa first opened in 2007 after the owners renovated an old dance studio into the beautiful funeral home it is today. 

Families can easily order flowers and other memorial keepsakes by clicking the link on their homepage or their loved one’s obituary. 

Harrison’s Memorial Chapel Inc. 

With a long history serving the Memphis, Tennessee area, Harrison’s Memorial Chapel Inc. is honored to serve their families. Their staff values “honesty, compassion, respect, and hard work.” 

Right away when families visit their website, they know that they’re working with an experienced staff. Their hero image features the 97 years that they’re celebrating being in business.
