Sam: 2019 was a big year for Frazer Consultants. We rolled out new products and services to make your job as a funeral director easier. Here’s what we’ve been up to.
Heather: This year the production team has been working with development and the design team to start work on a new website builder. We’re really excited about this feature because it will help us give you more of a customized solution on your website. We’ve also been working to streamline our process on the backend to make sure that your websites get out faster, ensuring that you can use our tools as quickly as possible. We’ve been really blessed this year to work with clients who are excited about our products. And we look forward to 2020.
Jake: So, for support this year, we’ve hired extra team members to assist with our funeral directors’ calls. We’ve added a help portal to our admin panels, so funeral directors can get assistance with everything they need through chat and also submitting tickets to our support team.
Jenna: So, in 2019, we actually doubled the size of our Tribute Store staff. We implemented a funeral home hotline number so that when you have questions about your orders, you can give us a call and there’s someone there every single day of the week for them to help you out and get answers.
Sam: In marketing, several of our team members attended a few different conferences. Both within the funeral space and outside the funeral space. One of those was Social Media Week in New York. And we got a ton of information about social media and video, what the trends are, what’s on the horizon. Both so we can use it and also so that we can teach our clients how they can use it as well. We also continued to put out new issues of The Meaningful Funeral magazine. That’s been a really big hit for us with our clients and even with people who aren’t clients of ours. They really enjoy the content and we work really hard to put that together and make it look really nice for the industry.
Vance: In 2019, we started offering new social media marketing and SEO packages to complement our website platform. We also restructured our sales team to allow our sales reps to specialize in an individual product to help better educate our prospects and clients. With the majority of the website traffic coming from a mobile device these days, it makes it even more important to have a responsive website down to a mobile device. So, this year, the sales team really focused on getting as many of our clients as possible upgraded to our new responsive obituaries. We also enjoyed attending the NFDA and ICCFA national conventions. It’s always a great place to put a face to the name, and, you know, get to know our customers a little better.
Sam: As you can see, 2019 was a big year for us, but we couldn’t have done it without our clients! Thank you for everything that you do. We look forward to 2020 and offering you even more business solutions.
