Inside this eBook, we’ve given you all the tools, tips, and strategies you need to capture the good ones and handle the bad ones appropriately, effectively, and use them as an opportunity to get your message and your mission back out into your local community. There is one terrific strategy we laid out in the eBook that I thought was very insightful and that is don’t ask for them. Instead, create a survey that you send out to your clients. Wait for their responses, and when you get great responses for them, ask for their permission to use those reviews on your website and beyond.
