John: Hello funeral directors, John Ashworth here from Frazer Consultants. Thank you so much for everything that you do. From December 2019 to just this last December, I lost three people close to me, both of my dads and best friend Eric. And in every one of those situations, people like you made a huge difference in my life at that moment. And I know you know this. I know that’s why you do this work. I know that’s why you commit yourselves to such a difficult, challenging, and at the same time rewarding profession. And I also know how hard that can be, so I just wanted to take a moment to once again say thank you for everything you do. You’re appreciated. And as an account executive here at Frazer Consultants, thanks for taking the time to talk with me. Thanks for your interest in our products and please know that every single day we are here working for you to make you better at what you do and to create more time and space in your life, so that you can serve your families even more effectively than you do now. Take care.

Heather: Funeral directors deserve so much recognition for all the hats that they have to wear each and every day. You’re talking about someone who has to be great at business, have business sense, and be able to work with their staff and even outside people like us who help you with website presence. But then you have to be able to put on the hat of helping families through such a time of grief. And I think it’s such a huge strength in all these funeral directors that we work with truly have.

Brooks: Funeral directors are a lot of fun to work with. You guys are very caring and dedicated individuals that wear many hats. We can’t thank you enough for all that you do in the communities that you serve.

Jenny: Funeral directors are truly some of the most hardworking people that I know. They do so many things for their community, like hosting holiday remembrance programs. I mean, that’s a huge time commitment. You can’t just throw an event like that together overnight, but they do it anyways, because they know it helps their families honor their loved ones.

Sam: In the past few years as I’ve worked with funeral directors, I’ve been continuously impressed with how adaptable they are. This past year especially has been difficult for everyone, but I’ve seen funeral directors step up and embrace technology and social media and go the extra mile for their client families.

CJ: Friends and family ask me a lot, what is it like working with funeral directors? And, in submission, honestly, I feel privileged. I get to work with some of the most intelligent, most caring, most kind, and most respectable individuals that I have ever met. Whether it is being on call 24/7 or sacrificing your own personal time to prioritize a family’s needs, funeral directors have to and will be there. You only get one shot with a funeral, and most people don’t get to see the effort and the energy it takes to ensure that everything is perfect. The profession is beyond honorable, and I feel so incredibly honored to be able to work with funeral directors every day. To say I’m grateful for funeral directors is an understatement. Thank you for all you do for your communities, for your families, for the world in general. And thank you also personally for helping me find my passion in life, which is to help funeral directors better serve their families. I appreciate you.
