In an effort to cater to funerals that celebrate the life of a loved one, Scott Funeral Services acquired their liquor license. The funeral home will now serve beer, wine, and liquor at receptions.

Fassbender and Swanson Lundquist Funeral Homes will honor community members with a memorial tree. Families are encouraged to decorate the tree with angel ornaments to honor the memories of their loved ones.

Funeral Director Danny Jefferson from Kernersville, North Carolina, was named Funeral Director of the Year by American Funeral Director magazine. Jefferson was honored because of his strong commitment to funeral service.
