We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new Frazer Consultants website! For months, our team has worked on this project in-house to create something we’re proud of. 

“We pride ourselves on the websites we create for our clients, but our own website needed an update. I’m very happy with how it turned out. It’s much easier to find information about all of our products now,” said Marketing Manager Sam Ward. 

A lot of thought went into the website, as we wanted it to be easy to navigate. To do this, we considered every detail, from the images to the text font, size, and color. When writing the content, we wrote it with funeral directors in mind. We know your time is valuable, so we want to give you the information you need as concisely as possible.

On each page, you’ll learn the benefits of the product/service, along with additional resources and videos on the topic.

As our current Frazer clients already know, our solutions come with many innovative features, as well. Under the Features tab, you can learn what these features are and how they work. For example, your Frazer-powered website comes with an online planner and quote builder, interactive obituaries, flower ordering capabilities, and much more.

Over the past few years, we’ve built up our library of articles, videos, and downloadable resources for funeral directors. Under the Resources tab, you can find our blog, eLibrary of downloadable resources, and educational videos and product tutorials.  

On our blog, you can find articles about the funeral profession, marketing tips, and more. We even have a collection of For Families blog posts that you can share on your funeral home’s social media pages.  

Our eLibrary has free resources on virtually any topic that you’re interested in! For example, you can find eBooks, user guides, social media kits, The Meaningful Funeral magazine issues, and so much more.  

Get the Answers to Frequently Asked Questions 

Conveniently access our Help Portal with the Support menu option. Here, you can submit new support tickets, check your ticket status, and browse our extensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions. We have the answers to frequently asked questions about your website, Tribute Pay, Tribute Store, Tribute Center, and more. 

Browse Our Ornaments, Funeral Stationery Products, and More 

Now, it’s easier than ever for your funeral home to place your orders. Under the Shop menu option, you can find your favorite products, such as funeral register books, holiday remembrance ornaments, and our Life Journey Memorial Candle. With the Cart button, you can easily view your cart and make any changes before checking out.

On the About Us page, you can learn more about our vision and mission. We’re honored to work with funeral directors and want to show you what we’re all about. You also can learn our history and how we became who we are today, which goes back to the 1990s when Matt Frazer started selling personalized funeral candles door-to-door.
