Check 1, 2, 3, 4. Hello, everybody. This is MC Ashworth. As I’m known here at Frazer Consultants, I’m an Account Executive, sales, and marketing guru coming to you live from the podcast here at the Frazer podcast desk. Thank you for tuning in; this will be quick. It is the last week of the month, and I am focused on driving deals. And I was struggling to find a topic that I thought would interest you, and that I thought I could use to tie into our new digital marketing software, which we call Growth Engine, a powerful, automated tool built on the foundation of an amazing algorithm that will generate for you when it comes to your digital marketing efforts — especially on Facebook — amazing results, real return, and real lists of real prospects and real people who are interested in what you do.

Now, I went into this book, one of my favorite books on sales of all time, The Ultimate Sales Machine by Chet Holmes. I encourage you to pick up a copy. There’s one theme inside this book. It’s the idea of pig-headed discipline and determination. In other words, staying with it so that you don’t fail. That’s where most people go wrong. They know what to do. They just don’t do it often enough and regularly enough and consistently enough to make it a success. So I went into this book because I remember I’ve read it multiple times. He has a great source of information on the topic known as education-based marketing, which I think is a very powerful tool for funeral directors and funeral homes. And your website, by the way, is a very great resource for you to be able to tell a more effective story so that you can engage your families and your communities and draw them into the work you’re doing.

So I went into this book today with that in mind and then started flipping around. I went to the preface of the book after I flipped around a little bit. And I thought, oh, here it is. I found my message. And so here’s what I want you to think about. I want to get to this right away here because I’m already at the two-minute mark in this podcast. I know you’re busy; I’m busy too. The phone is ringing off the hook. We got a lot of people taking advantage of our new case management software, the new Growth Engine, digital marketing system, and our new website builder, which is an amazing foundation for your new Frazer website. We can give you limitless customization on your new website now. So if you would like to talk about this in more detail and take advantage of one of the $500 coupons that I have available through the end of the week here, please reach out to me by phone or email, and let’s have a quick conversation.

But right now I want to keep our focus on Growth Engine, digital marketing software for your business. It runs on an algorithm. It gets smarter all the time, which means it gets more effective all the time. And it’s not just content for your Facebook Business Page. Although I know most of you can benefit from better, more engaging content on your Facebook Pages. I know this because I spend a lot of time there and I see what you’re doing and I applaud your efforts, but I also know you’re busy and it’s not easy to keep up with. Growth Engine will do it for you. And I can show you exactly how this system works. Just give me a call. Let’s set up a demo, but let me leave you with some very compelling, important concepts to consider. The first one is I guarantee you, if you put Growth Engine in place in your business for less than $2,500 a year, you will see a positive return on your investment.

If it doesn’t bring you one or two calls to cover the cost of getting started, because it will absolutely do that. You will understand that more fully when we have a chance to talk. But let me give you some statistics just to set the tone. And I’m going to take two to three more minutes to make some very important points. And then like I keep saying, I want you to call me. I want you to email me. I want you to take advantage of one of these $500 off coupons that I have available.

A corporation fails every three minutes. This is just on the concept of the overall snapshot of the business climate. And now this book was written in 2007. So some of this data would be even more compelling if I had time to go and dig it up today. And I did not. Here’s the one that really applies to funeral directors and funeral homes, which makes you an amazing story, which gives you an opportunity to tell that story through Growth Engine, through your website, through a lot of other strategical means, and we can show you how 96% of all companies fail within 10 years. 96% of all companies fail within 10 years, an unbelievable statistic. Funeral homes, of course, the majority of which have been around a lot longer than that.

So keep up the good work out there. I know it’s not easy, but you’re doing amazing things. 26,000 new products and brands are introduced every year; 16 to 30% of consumers change brand loyalty in one evening of watching commercials; 74% of consumers buy outside their favorite brands. And here’s the big one in the context of one of the messages I want to leave you with. And I’m sure this percentage is higher now, much higher. And actually, I know I have some other data in a notebook somewhere. I just didn’t have time to dig it up. 29% of consumers do not read a newspaper. They do not read a newspaper. They’re not watching TV. They’re not in the normal media channels. You’ve got to reach them online. You’ve got to do a digitally, and you’ve got to do it effectively. Growth Engine doesn’t allow you just to reach more people to get more likes, shares, and awareness. It generates real subscribers to content that then gets delivered to them automatically, which nurtures them over time and sets them up for all kinds of positive things related to your business: new customers, referrals, preneed leads, better attendance at local events that you’re running, etc.

In the past 15 years of working with thousands of entrepreneurial companies and more than 60 of the fortune 500, this is Chet Holmes now the author of this book talking. I’ve seen the average cost of getting it. And I’m sure you can relate to this. I’m sure you can. The average cost of getting in front of someone has tripled. If it costs you $100 to get in front of that client 15 years ago today, it’s costing you $300. And again, this book was written 15, 14, 15 years ago. Those numbers are certainly higher now. The rates have increased for every major advertising medium, including television, radio, and newspaper. While the penetration of every one of those vehicles has decreased with more TV and radio choices than ever. The large audience you used to be able to reach in one place is now scattered among hundreds of media channels.

Many of them, the majority of whom are on Facebook, where they can run into the content that you will be sending them through Growth Engine, digital marketing software systems. All this means is that it’s getting harder to reach the consumer and the market that you’re in has become fiercely and viciously competitive. Now, this is more or less true for all of you for funeral homes, even though the business is implied. When someone passes away, people need to go to a funeral director, but there is often more than one choice in town.

Is that choice going to be you because none of this is getting any easier. None of this is getting any easier. Growth Engine, digital marketing system. Here’s one other really important thing. And I put this up on my personal blog today. This is not a different kind of marketing. It’s just a different media channel. The idea is the same. You capture people’s interest with compelling ads and a unique offer for aftercare content, preneed content, health and wellness, and longevity content. Twenty-five plus unique categories inside Growth Engine. We run on a very nominal ad budget, $75 to $150 a month. We run those ads on Facebook, in the newsfeeds, and through those ads, people will click on them. They will subscribe to the content, and it doesn’t end there. Once they subscribe, Growth Engine, digital marketing system will deliver email sequences to these individuals on a regular basis and will give them additional opportunities to opt-in for additional content. And so it’s engaging them. It’s nurturing them. So you become top of mind awareness and for less than $2,500 a year, you’ve got to be kidding me, plus your ad budget, of course. So let’s just say for about $4,000 to $5,000 per year, if you can’t get one new funeral service over the course of the year, which will more than pay for that investment, something has gone terribly wrong because that will absolutely happen.

This is an amazing system built on the backbone of a proprietary algorithm that continues to make the ads perform better. The content performed better and ultimately allows you to serve your families and your community more effectively. The aftercare system alone built into Growth Engine is worth the investment all on its own. It’s an amazing automated aftercare system that you can use on a client-by-client basis. You can also run those ads for the aftercare system and generate additional context all the while you are building real lists of real subscribers, converting them so that you can then engage them in other ways, send out email newsletters, take those names and emails and put them into your current marketing digital marketing system and send additional content.

This is an amazing return on investment for a very small investment. And I’ve got that $500 coupon. I would love to share it with you, so give me a call, send me an email.
