Website Updates
We updated your Frazer-powered website’s admin panel to make things easier for your funeral home’s employees, including:
- Online Planner Spam Filter: To prevent spam form submissions, we added a reCaptcha to the online planner and quote builder. This security system simply helps prevent spam submissions by distinguishing between humans and bots.
Tribute Store Updates
We updated Tribute Store to give your client families’ a better user experience, including:
- Updated Order Confirmation Screen: When placing a Tribute Store order from a mobile device, we received feedback that the screen was a bit busy. To make it easier for your families to navigate it on a mobile device, we made some updates to it and removed some duplicate information.
- Displaying User Errors for Payment Form Validation: We modified the payment form validation to display user errors near the bottom of the page as well as near the field to prevent users from missing an error. This way, we can make sure we have all the correct information we need to fulfill the order, and nothing gets delayed.
