Great Crossing Funeral and Cremation 

First-generation funeral directors Jennifer and Tom Morton run Great Crossing Funeral and Cremation, located in Lexington, Kentucky. On their About page, they say that “because we are not bound by tradition and have chosen this profession we have a unique opportunity to create something new, an experience that is led by the families we serve.” 

To help make funeral planning as convenient as possible for families, they have an online preplanning form on their website. They also have additional preplanning resources, including a checklist and why it’s important to plan ahead. 

Peninsula Funeral Homes 

With multiple locations in Port Angeles and Sequim, Washington, the staff at Peninsula Funeral Homes serves their families with compassion and support. They give their families the information they need to grieve and celebrate their loved one’s life. 

Right on their homepage in their testimonials section, families can read about the positive experiences that others had working with the funeral home for their loved ones’ care.  

Greenville Memorial Home 

Greenville Memorial Home, located in Jersey City, New Jersey, has served Hudson County for more than 50 years. They work with families of all faiths and cultures to cater to every family’s unique needs.  

Families can easily make the funeral payment from the comfort of their own home with their website’s payment center. They can just search for their loved one’s name to make the payment. 

Ames Funeral Home 

Based in Manassas, Virginia, Bernard Oliver and Helen Ames founded Ames Funeral Home in 1959. Today, they’re one of the oldest family-owned funeral homes in Northern Virginia. 

Their sea-themed header image along with the shades of blue throughout their website creates a calm atmosphere for those who are going through a difficult loss. With our new website builder, it’s easier than ever to customize the content, look, and feel of your website. 

Upgrades:  

Springer Turner Funeral Home 

With two locations in Richfield and Salina, Utah, Springer Turner Funeral Home has a long history that dates to 1890. Today, they’re honored to continue to serve their area families and create personalized funeral experiences. 

Family and friends can easily show their support by ordering funeral and sympathy flowers directly on their website. Their local florist delivers the arrangements, so they can support a local business even if they live out of town.

Cranston Family Funeral Home 

Located in Fairfield, Eldon, and Keosauqua, Iowa, Cranston Family Funeral Home provides a variety of services, including funerals, monument sales, preplanning, and their on-site crematory. They’re committed to serving their families through the difficult time in their life. 

On their homepage, their number appears right away at the top of the page, so it’s easy for families to contact them, especially if they’re at-need planning.

Core Cremation 

Core Cremation, based in Wichita, Kansas, “is a refreshing alternative for those who desire simplicity and affordability when choosing cremation.” According to their website, they also offer Parting Stone, which turns the ashes into a solid form. 

Their website design beautifully lays out the most important information that families want to know when visiting their website. On their homepage, they can quickly locate what Core Cremation does, their urn selection, information about Solidified Remains, and pricing. 

Sosebee Funeral Home 

Based in Canton, Georgia, the late Norman and Allie Sosebee founded Sosebee Funeral Home in May 1940. Today, the practices they established are still the core foundation of the funeral home. 

Their obituary page makes it easy for families to locate their loved one’s obituary. There’s a search bar at the top for entering their loved one’s name, date of death, and other relevant information. They can even sign up to receive notifications when the funeral home adds new obituaries to their website. 

Weddle Funeral Service 

The staff at Weddle Funeral Service, located in Stayton and Lebanon Oregon, prides themselves in giving their families a place of peace, comfort, and warmth that feels like a second home. They also have a video that goes over why families should choose their funeral home for their loved one’s care. 

You can tell right away that family is important to the staff at this funeral home with their adorable header image. It features a family photo, including their grief therapy dog in training named Care Bear.
