Reading a Tribute Pay transaction statement is now easier than ever thanks to a new update.
In the past, a Tribute Pay statement in the admin panel of a Frazer-powered website could only be viewed as a lump sum for the end of day amount — meaning any individual payments or crowdfunding donations were all grouped as a single deposit for that day. To help keep you and your records better organized, we’ve improved our Tribute Pay statements to show more helpful data and details.
Now, when you view the admin panel of a Tribute Pay statement for your funeral home, you have the option to expand each day’s deposit to view individual transactions. The statement below shows an example.
Before, website admins only would have seen a single deposit of $253.77 on December 2nd — now, they can see that the amount is actually made up of seven different transactions. Each transaction shows the date it was processed, the date it was deposited, and a unique transaction ID number.
This update is one of many that Frazer Consultants constantly makes to help your funeral home with recordkeeping and organization. It’s just one of the many ways Tribute Pay is working to make things easier for both you and the families you serve.
