Hello everybody. John Ashworth here, MC Ashworth here at Frazer Consultants. As you might imagine, I spend a lot of time on Frazer websites during the day. And I came across a few with really great video in the header image. You’ll see it playing here on the screen. And I just thought this is a great opportunity to encourage you to do the same.

Your imagery on your website is an amazing way to differentiate yourself, to really get to a level of customization that does separate you from your competition locally, and really have an impact on your local community when people visit your website. Images with depth are more welcoming. Video images, you cannot put enough video on your website.

Now, these videos don’t have anybody talking in them. You can have people, you can show scenes of people, but you can’t have any sound with them. Just an image playing. A lot of it is location footage, but it’s all very, very welcoming. It’s very engaging. It has an immediate impact that again, separates your website from the competition. So I encourage you to do the same.

You can film these videos on your own iPhone or smartphone and get them to our team and we can build them into your websites. If you’ve got the new website builder technology, we can do amazing things with the customization of your website. But look at this, these images, it’s just that much more interesting when people land on your website and it just adds a nice touchpoint to what you’re doing online. Your website is a living, breathing mechanism. It is a powerful, powerful communication tool, and you need to treat it as such.

You either need to do it yourself, or you need to get people who can help you on your team or hire people locally, copywriters, videographers, photographers, people who can really help you take your online presence to the next level.
