The first holiday season without a loved one isn’t easy. It can feel odd changing your annual holiday traditions and incomplete celebrating the holidays without them. With losing my grandparents this year, I know these feelings all too well. But we can find healthy ways to mourn the loss of our loved ones during the holiday season, including through music.
