In this repository, you’ll find how-to guides, articles, and more that can help with funeral planning while social distancing. We’ll keep adding to it as we create new resources, but here’s what all you can find in our COVID-19 Resources Repository.

How-To User Guides

Since many families are opting for virtual funeral services, we created a Facebook Live guide and tutorial video. With these resources, you can learn how to use Facebook Live and share the video link to a loved one’s Tribute Wall. This way, families can virtually attend their loved one’s funeral or watch it later.

We also created a Tribute Wall guide that walks you through all its features and how they can help with grieving while social distancing. Grieving from afar isn’t easy, so Tribute Walls can serve as permanent online places to memorialize loved ones.

COVID-19 Media Kit

To help keep your families up to date about COVID-19, we created a media kit with social media posts and a press release. You can use these resources to keep your community updated about your funeral home’s operations, as well as to share advice. Additionally, our April Social Media Kit — located in the Social Media Kits section of our Resources Page — has some COVID-19-related social media posts.

Educational and Inspirational Blog Posts

Every week, we’re putting out blog posts with tips for handling the COVID-19 pandemic. You can find these in our COVID-19 Resources Repository, as well as on our blog. They include ideas for your funeral home’s staff and ideas you can share with your client families and community.
