Dear Funeral Directors,

This letter goes out to all the funeral directors out there. The funeral directors taking the 3 a.m. call to transport a body. The funeral directors making sure every last detail of their holiday remembrance program goes right. The funeral directors consoling a grieving widow, all while keeping it together themselves.

From funeral planning to the behind-the-scenes work that you do, your dedication to your community doesn’t go unnoticed. That’s why we want to take a moment to express why we’re thankful for you and all that you do.

You Put Families First

You’re the most selfless people we know, as you’re constantly putting the needs of your families first. Whether it’s going the extra mile to personalize the funeral service or learning the little details about the deceased to write a memorable obituary, families are at the heart of everything you do.

You Bring Your Community Together

By hosting remembrance programs, organizing grief support groups, and planning other community events, you’re bringing the community together to support one another while grieving. For instance, we saw first-hand how much Haase-Lockwood’s holiday remembrance program means to their community. When brought together, people find strength they never knew they had.

You Give Us Hope

Most importantly, you give us hope. Hope that we can cope with our grief. That we can find meaningful ways to honor a loved one. That one day, everyone can feel comfortable openly talking about death.

So for everything mentioned above and all the other things you do, thank you!

Sincerely,

The Frazer Consultants Team

P.S. We know taking care of families is your passion, but it’s important to take care of yourself, too. Whether it’s reading a book, going for a walk, or taking a vacation, do something to relieve a little stress. You deserve it.
