Frazer Consultants was once again named a Best Place to Work by Madison Magazine!

Madison Magazine organizes an annual survey to recognize Madison, Wisconsin’s Best Places to Work. For the third year in a row, the magazine named Frazer Consultants one of the Best Places to Work in Madison, and seventh place for Madison small businesses.

Best Places to Work Survey Process

The 60-question survey is run by Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska and is completed by employees to determine which Madison-area businesses are the Best Places to Work.

Quantum Workplace gives each company a score on a 100-point scale based on the employee survey responses — with Frazer Consultants earning the rating of 95.24.

The survey focuses on six engagement categories:

• Communication and resources
• Individual needs
• Manager effectiveness
• Personal engagement
• Team dynamics
• Trust in leadership
