Keynote Speakers

NFDA and ICCFA have a longstanding record of picking great keynote speakers. That’s why we’re excited to see Seth Godin and Ethan Morse speak at this year’s convention.

Seth Godin is a bestselling author, teacher, and entrepreneur. In his keynote presentation, Seth will share ways funeral directors can take advantage of our increasingly connected world. He will discuss how telling your story helps your funeral home earn the trust of those you serve.

Ethan Morse is a U.S. Army veteran and filmmaker. In his presentation, he will give the audience an inside look at the documentary series Honor Guard, which he produced.

In this session, Welton Hong of Ring Ring Marketing will go over the importance of getting positive reviews from your families. He will also share strategies for what to do when you get negative reviews. I’ve said it time and time again in the materials I’ve written here at Frazer, but funeral directors need to practice self-care in order to avoid job fatigue and burnout. One way to do this is by practicing meditation and mindfulness.
